OUR MISSION

Our mission is to bring dance, design, and film to all communities as a vibrant process capable of reflecting the extraordinary nature of the human experience.
"As artists we believe dance has the ability to transcend and reframe reality; to enlighten our minds as to what is lurking underneath the surface. Our work appears as dreamlike images that are ripe with athletic visual experiences in which fiction and reality operate synchronously. By applying abstraction to the everyday we create intense personal moments that feel altogether familiar and foreign at the same time. Nuanced gesture, velocity, abandonment, and task-based work inform our choreographic processes. Partnering and contact improvisation techniques are critical instruments of discovery and create intimate images of relationship within our performance landscapes. The shared experience of the body anchors our work deeply back to the communities in which we create. We are driven to engage our collaborators and audiences in a world that is relevant, mysterious, and absorbing."
