*In case of an emergency for which withdrawal from the 2020 OGD Intensive is warranted, OGD must be informed as soon as a possible. A partial or prorated refund may be issued on a case by case basis but is not guaranteed.

*A $35 insufficient funds fee will be assessed for any returned checks, and the total amount due must be paid in cash, cashier's check or money order.

Orange Grove Dance (OGD) is committed to conducting it's intensive in a safe manner and holds the safety of participants in the highest regard. However, participants must recognize that there is an inherent risk of injury when choosing to participate in physical activities. You are solely responsible for determining if you are physically fit and/or skilled for any classes or activities. It is always advisable, especially if the participant is pregnant, disabled in any way, or has recently suffered an illness, injury or impairment, to consult a physician before undertaking any physical activity. Teachers should be made aware of any physical problem that would affect a student’s ability to take class. Programs are intended to challenge and engage the physical, mental and emotional resources of each participant.

Despite careful and proper preparation, instruction, medical advice, conditioning and equipment, there is still a risk of serious injury when participating in any physical activity/program. In this regard, it must be recognized that Orange Grove Dance and it's members are NOT responsible for any injury incurred during one of our intensives. Orange Grove Dance is also not responsible for any damages that could occur from dancing within a participants home/personal space.

I understand that the OGD Intensive will be photographed and/or recorded and I give permission for OGD, its successors and assigns to use my voice, image and likeness in any media or promotional materials relating to my performance in or observation of the OGD Intensive, including, without limitation, a videotape recording of the intensive, without compensation to, or right of review and/or approval by, me or my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
